Tailored for professionals aged 20 to 32, the YPP offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of corporate sustainability, develop leadership competencies, and create actionable plans to drive sustainability initiatives. Participants will learn how to integrate sustainability into their current roles, and build professional networks committed to achieving a net-zero, nature-positive, and equitable future.

The YPP is the latest addition to WBCSD’s education offerings, following the highly successful Leadership Program and LEAP Program, for which applications for 2025 are also now open
