Everyone Eating Well within Environmental Limits

PublicationEAT and World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) convened a series of Science to Solutions Dialogues (SSDs) through its Food Reform for Sustainability and Health (FReSH) project. Following the two first SSDs – Putting Food in Food and People, Planet, Protein-What’s the Plan? – a third dialogue entitled Everyone Eating Well within Environmental Limits took place in Texcoco, Mexico on 4-7 December 2018. The event brought together business scientists, academic scientists and civil society to discuss how we can feed almost 10 billion people with sustainable and healthy diets. The summary of the discussion sets out three mutually supportive narratives to focus business action and the key solutions.
